to Use whatsapp and Facebook on your phone without Internet
First you neew to download the application hola via the following link:

After download and installation you open it and you will see all the applications that are installed on your phone as in the picture.
After selecting the icon WhatsApp, Facebook, or by clicking on them, another window pops up you choose the server you want, and I would advise the US here. Or the state closest to you (US server benefit me personally), then click on the last open :
The application will be open to server state chosen, and will not deduct anything from your balance it's like you don't have internet on your phone , and you can go back and open the app and choose other applications to open it.
